How do I begin a consultation?
You can write a question or keep it in mind. Tap Cast the coins or gently shake your iPhone, then let the coins settle. Repeat until all six lines are formed. The app builds the hexagram from the bottom up and opens its reading.
Does the app work offline?
Casting and bundled readings work offline. Apple purchase and restore may need an internet connection when you open Full Unlock or begin a transaction.
How do I restore Full Unlock?
Open Full Unlock and choose Restore purchases. Full Unlock is a one-time purchase. If it does not appear, contact support with your device model, iOS version, and app version. Do not send Apple Account credentials.
Where are my consultations stored?
Consultations are stored on your device and excluded from device backups. Export an archive in Settings before deleting the app or moving to another device; an archive may contain sensitive questions and reflections.
What is free, and what does Full Unlock include?
One complete consultation is available free each local day, with the three most recent consultations available in history. Full Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase for unlimited consultations and complete history. Apple shows the current price before you confirm.
